Post incorporation every LLPs is required to submit annual filing forms with ROC.
Every registered LLP is required to file Annual Return in Form 11 which is due for filing within 60 days of closure of Financial Year, i.e. by 30th May of each financial year and Statement of Account & Solvency in Form 8 which is due for filing within within 30 days from the end of six months of close of financial year.
